Reviews the operation and maintenance of the FN® M16 Rifle/M4 Carbine for those previously certified through the FN Training Program.

Objective
A student recertified as an FN® M16 Rifle/M4 Carbine Armorer is able to:
— Explain and demonstrate the removal, disassembly, repair, and/or replacement of component parts.
— Conduct the appropriate inspection, gauging, and adjustment of the FN® M16 Rifle/M4 Carbine.

Prerequisite: Military, Government and its Contractors only
Primary Training Location: Fredericksburg, VA.
Certification: Valid as FN® M16 Rifle/M4 Carbine Armorer for three years.

Required Materials
— FN provides training aids and armorer tools to students for classroom use only.
— Students may retain instructional coursework and reference materials.

Certification Details
— The FN® M16 Rifle/M4 Carbine Armorer certification is valid for a three-year period.
— Students must attend the course again for recertification.
— Law Enforcement personnel may receive Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
