Our rebate fulfillment company is currently backlogged with processing claims that were submitted for the 2024 Season of Savings consumer rebate offer. If you submitted your claim between December 14, 2024 and January 20, 2025, your claim may be effected. Their team is working diligently to clear this backlog and respond to all pending submissions. If you submitted your purchase between December 14, 2024 and January 20, 2025, please allow up to two (2) weeks for auditing of your claim. You will receive an email alerting you to the status of your claim and expected processing time.
